Week Two of my Hoodia Prime Diet
So today is the first weigh in day and yes I was VERY scared. I dreaded it. I finally did get on that scale and what do you know. I lost 3 lbs. It was pretty darn exciting. Maybe if I would have moved my butt around a little bit more, it would have been more, but I am far from complaining. You have no idea how long I have been wanting to see myself in the 160's. It is some pretty DARN goods stuff. Hahaha... I am very happy and excited today. I almost want to go and celebrate with some Olive Garden or something. I said ALMOST! :P
So today, I took my first set of Hoodia Prime pills at around 9:27 A.M. after I weighed myself, ofcourse. This is so exciting. I was not hungry at all, but from the excitement of losing weight, I am definitely going to take my Hoodia. :) Make sure you drink a lot of water when you are taking the pills. I think it helps along with the pills AND keeps you from getting dehydrated. Not a good feeling. Especially when you aren't eating like you used to.
At about 2:30, I had a hot dog for lunch. Nothing exciting, just a hot dog with a little ketchup and some water. I wasn't that hungry so it was more than enough. I took my second set of Hoodia Prime pills at about 3:45 P.M. I wasn't hungry at all but I am just so happy. I am even more motivated to stick with this diet.
Alright, it is now 9:03 P.M. I ate a salad around 7:00 P.M. I am not hungry. I feel like if I even look at food right now, I am going to toss it at the wall. It has been a great day,. I am so happy. If you are happy for me too, then THANK YOU SO MUCH. I have been getting great comments and I am so appreciative. I am going to take my pills right now and have a great night.
OH, I know that this week was the "cleaning out" week, but I forgot I will not be home tomorrow. I will not be taking the laxatives tonight or tomorrow. I have to spend the night in the hospital with my son. Its nothing serious. It is just a ventilator check. I know that probably doesn't make sense to a lot of people, but I will explain that later. If I take the laxatives, I don't think that the hospital will like me too much. :D
