Last Was My Diet Chart, Now Excercise
i used to be laziest when it comes to exercise. This was inborn with me.And one of the reasons that i get fatty becoz i hardly had any good body movements or take them. Before i started taking , my doc asked me strictly(as he know me pretty well, family doctor dude).If you are going to take pill without exercise and diet , i wont allow you. First motivate yourself for exercise then talk to me.
My thought process started. I want to be fine, good looking and healthy and on other side excercise. It took me four days (they were less but thanks to my peehoos(my friends) who keep telling and yelling me to do something).
i started with walking and jogging. Kept this for 12 days.followed by riding a bike,Dancing to my favorite CD, running and i bought a treadmill for myself. Now exercise has become integral part of my life.
Sometimes i want to give up initially but my family, friends and my doctor kept me motivated.
